Where to eat, drink and play in Ibiza this summer and beyond, from the hottest hotel opening to the newest super-club
Hotel MiM IbizaEs Vivé
Located on Ibiza’s south coast between Playa d’en Bossa and Ibiza Town and boasts panoramic sea views from its stylish roof terrace. With glamorous Art Deco inspired interiors of velvet and crystal furnishings, a lavish and restorative breakfast buffet, soothing massages in the Virtue Wellness Spa and DJs spinning tunes by the pool each day, Es Vivé ticks all the boxes – a discrete bolthole for grownups who like to play hard but relax hard too.
Tucked discretely on the soft, white sands of Playa d’en Bossa, Beachouse offers sweeping ocean views from its super comfortable daybeds, where attentive staff will make sure your glass is always topped up with ice cold rosé. Grab a table for lunch in the restaurant where you can feast on delicious calamari, warm crunchy bread smothered in olive tapenade and what just might be the best burger on the island. To help you find your balance, complimentary yoga sessions are held every weekday morning, followed by a revitalising breakfast, and for little ones there’s a dedicated play zone with face-painting and craft activities.
When it comes to Ibiza after dark, Pacha is legendary – and for good reason. Located just to the east of Ibiza Town, this former finca is now a super slick nightclub that has been welcoming the beautiful people to party for over four decades. The huge VIP section is the largest on the island and offers all the glitz and glamour you could wish for, and a bird’s eye view of the dancefloor and world class DJs
Cala BonitaRestaurant & Beach
A few minutes north of Ibiza town just over the hill from Jesus, an old gem has been given a fresh new start. Perched on a secret beach at the end of a dusty camino the decade’s old restaurant has been lovingly restored and updated with natural materials to create an elegant yet rustic space featuring a restaurant, tapas bar, beach and cocktails.
Long lazy lunches are served in the open air restaurant terrace overlooking the ocean and the beach.
We are specialists on the island and would love to recommend other places, restaurants and more to do. For more information contact us.
